The 500 Lecture Theatre and a lecture room in the Faculty of Dentistry have just been renovated at a cost of N7.7 million Naira by Dr Kingsley Momodu – the immediate past president of the University of Benin Alumni Association North America (UBAANA).

The 500 Lecture Theatre stands in the old Faculty of Science, UNIBEN, It is popularly called 500LT, and was the melting pot for all 100 level science, medical, engineering, and agriculture students from the late 1970s to the 1990s.

Dr Momodu also a few months ago donated computers and related equipment at a cost of N2.8 million Naira to the Faculty of Management Sciences.

This is very commendable and very impactful. Greatest UNIBEN!
